- 1. Processing Time: Refunds issued by SanMark Learning LLP may take up to 10 working days to process. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. Please note that deposits and banking fees are non-refundable.
- 2. International Transactions: SanMark Learning LLP is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or any bank charges incurred during overseas refund transactions.
